American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson fue la más aclamada por los críticos al llevarse los premios de Programa del Año, Película, Miniserie o Especial Televisivo y Mejor Interpretación Dramática.
En esta última categoría, Sarah Paulson logró vencer a grandes nombres como el de Bryan Cranston, Bob Odenkirk y Keri Russell.
