Los BAFTA Television Awards 2026 ya tienen a sus principales contendientes, y la gran protagonista es Adolescence, que encabeza la lista con 11 nominaciones.
La exitosa producción de Netflix se posiciona como favorita en categorías clave, incluyendo Mejor Actor para Stephen Graham, quien competirá contra figuras como Colin Firth, Matt Smith y Taron Egerton.
Le sigue A Thousand Blows con siete nominaciones, mientras que Andor y Trespasses obtuvieron seis cada una. En tanto, The Celebrity Traitors suma cinco menciones.
En la categoría de Mejor Actriz, destacan nombres como Aimee Lou Wood por Film Club y Erin Doherty por A Thousand Blows, junto a Jodie Whittaker.
En cuanto a Mejor Serie Dramática, competirán A Thousand Blows, Blue Lights, Code of Silence y This City Is Ours, mientras que Adolescence participará en la categoría de serie limitada.
La categoría internacional también reúne títulos de alto perfil como The Bear, Severance y The White Lotus, consolidando la presencia global en los premios.
Entre las sorpresas figuran varias nominaciones debut, incluyendo Owen Cooper y Paddy Considine, lo que refleja una mezcla entre talento emergente y figuras consolidadas.
